SOUTHAMPTON PARISH.   Stylish and sophisticated, the Fairmont Southampton Hotel's lounge has a dual personality. In the afternoon, full tea service is the attraction, complete with scones, jam and other dainties. After about 6pm, though, the mood becomes distinctly more bar-like. Cocktails, especially martinis, are de rigueur, and music is provided by a local band. Good selection of Cuban cigars, too.   (© 10Best)
