3. Fresco's Wine Bar and Restaurant

PEMBROKE PARISH.   This bar is extremely popular with the after-work crowd, who come for the weekday Happy Hour from 5pm until 7pm. A huge selection of wines is available by the bottle or the glass. Vintages come from all over the world – the week's featured special could be from New Zealand, California or Bordeaux. Tapas are served for those who want to munch as they sip.
