SOUTHAMPTON PARISH.   Even if the seafood weren't so delicious, dining here would be worth it for the view alone. The restaurant's large windows look out over a pink sand beach where you can watch the sun set. Fresh fish dominates the menu; possible options include shark, barracuda, tuna or mahi mahi. It's worth the drive out from town just to walk the grounds and have a pint at the bar with a gorgeous elevated view of the pink sand beach.
