PAGET PARISH.   The luxurious Elbow Beach Hotel's award-winning dining room truly has some of the finest food on the island. Chef Terence Clark has devised fabulous prix fixe and tasting menus; choices might include duck terrine with red onion marmalade and nectarine-star anise compote, and braised rockfish with ricotta gnocchi and sautéed chanterelles. Perfectly grilled, dry-aged US certified Black Angus steaks are another fine option.
