DEVONSHIRE PARISH.   Aqua makes much of its location, directly on the beach, and if you're planning a romantic moonlit meal with the waves lapping a few feet away, you can't do better. Tables on the terrace are prime (book in advance!), although the stylish dining room, in shades of blue, is almost as picturesque, as is the food. The innovative young chef is a whiz with seafood, incorporating international flavors with flair – expect to see combinations like tuna with mole sauce and jerk-marinated snapper.
