PAGET PARISH.   Eat indoors or outdoors at this ocean-side restaurant and you'll be able to see the stars – the dining room has a glass ceiling. The seasonal menu constantly changes, but the specialty pastas are always superb. Try lobster ravioli or spinach and potato gnocchi in a sauce of cheese and Italian sausage. Veal in port wine, grilled rockfish and roasted chicken with rosemary giblet gravy are also staples.
