8. Rosa's Cantina

PEMBROKE PARISH.   The biggest burritos on the island are found at Rosa's. The restaurant also serves up heaping portions of chicken and beef fajitas, nachos, tacos and spicy chili. The chef's specialties are a rich black-bean soup and mesquite grilled carne asado. Of course Rosa's serves excellent margaritas, either frozen or on the rocks.
