ST GEORGE'S PARISH.   This intimate, homey restaurant is a favorite with locals who come to escape the bustle of Hamilton. Enjoy the view of Smith's Sound as you dine on the glassed-in porch, or sit outside to be closer to the water. Seafood is a specialty. Conch stew, stuffed lobster, Bermuda fish chowder, shark hash and curried mussels are all excellent.
