The selection and prices were alright but the paperwork was a nightmare! I was not able to get the appraisal until right before the ship sailed so I didn't see that it was for the wrong ring until we were at sea. I tried for three months of correspondence to get the correct one and finally just had to give up. If you deal with them, make very sure you have what you need before you leave or take your chances.

Wonderful service matched with very good prices make this a great place to find special gifts.

My wife Purchased a ring at another store and went in to get it sized. I really wanted to just get in and out of there with no more damage to my wallet. Their staff was so friendly and their prices and selection were so great, I ended up buying jewelry for myself, my wife and Christmas presents for most of her family (in early June!) When we go back to Bermuda again, it will definitely be our first and last stop for jewelry.

Shopping in Hamilton is stupendous. They have great prices, are willing to assist and have a wonderful selection. High praises. The shop in St. Georges is small and the personnel not as helpful and friendly.
