Starters - Rte 378
This is an old restaurant and getting older. They are not putting money into it. Food is okay, service is very spotty but that is because of how they pay their people (or don't pay). Wings are decent. Salads are good. Don't buy any entree. That would be a waste of your money. During heavy rain you will see rain water in the heating/cooling ducts running under the floor. The place should be close by the health department but it isn't. All the money is going to the other Starters locations. This place is a terrible dump.
