DOWNTOWN.   This quaint eatery in the heart of downtown Bethlehem is an excellent spot for a casual lunch. Try an appetizer and either a salad or sandwich if you're going light. If not, full-flavored entrees include chicken penne, pork tenderloin, and wild mushroom ravioli. A comfortable ambience adds to the appeal. Eat in if you have the time or call for carryout if you're on the go. Great breakfast options too and generous portions!   (© 10Best)

Do Yourself a Big Favor
Don't let anyone fool you. This dump offers the same food as any diner at a 2-4 dollar mark up. It is dirty. The wait times are long. The owner is a big phony. He smiles a lot, but is pretty much one of the most unscrupulous restaurant owners in town. If he ways the foods organic, it just means that his cooks had to scrape the mold off before serving it. A rotten place run by a filthy man.

I am a Jersey dude, a area filled with diners, I wish Billy's Downtown Diner was in Jersey.Billy's by far has the best diner menu with excellent execution in his culinary art. The only bad thing about his place is the long lines of people waiting to get in to this cool unique diner. Tony
