Don't let anyone fool you. This dump offers the same food as any diner at a 2-4 dollar mark up. It is dirty. The wait times are long. The owner is a big phony. He smiles a lot, but is pretty much one of the most unscrupulous restaurant owners in town. If he ways the foods organic, it just means that his cooks had to scrape the mold off before serving it. A rotten place run by a filthy man.

I am a Jersey dude, a area filled with diners, I wish Billy's Downtown Diner was in Jersey.Billy's by far has the best diner menu with excellent execution in his culinary art. The only bad thing about his place is the long lines of people waiting to get in to this cool unique diner. Tony

Billy K., the owner, is a very jovial gentlemen who runs the business with his wife and members of the family. Billy has a unique skill in that he is a superb magician. I love the food, especially the breakfast fare, especially considering the amount you get.
