4. Nani Mau Gardens

HILO.   With so many sights to see and things to do on the Big Island, sometimes it's hard to choose between them all. Fortunately, the Nani Mau Gardens is a must-see for every Hawai'i visitor. Twenty acres of tropical flowers, vibrant colors and flowing waters call the Nani Mau Gardens home. This Big Island garden's owner estimates he has more than 2000 plant species, making it one of the largest collections in the state.
