KONA COAST.   Big Island music, food, alcohol and sports memorabilia help Lulu’s gives off buzz-worthy, spring break vibe. The interior has dollar bills plastered all over the walls and the rest of the décor is mostly bar room chic – framed autographs, the odd paddle or street sign, and sports memorabilia.
