CAPTAIN COOK.   If you ask anyone on the island about Big Island dining at the Manago, they'll surely give you rave reviews. The 1950's style decor, extremely cheap prices and laid back atmosphere draw guests to this affordable Big Island restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pork chops are a must, but dishes like fried ahi, opelu, and teriyaki beef are big favorites as well. Wonderful food at reasonable prices. Love the simple and friendly atmosphere and actually dinning with local hawaiians. Look forward to eating here each time we come to the Big Island.
