KOHALA COAST.   Brown's Beach House redefines the concept of Pacific Rim cuisine. Local, fresh seafood is what the chefs use to create delish dishes like ahi poke, Kona kompachi fish, and crab crusted mahi mahi. In addition to the fine Big Island cuisine, live entertainment fills the open space five nights a week (Tuesday through Saturday) – there’s even a Hawaiian hula dancer. Everything was terrific as was The Orchid itself. ***** stars. Recommend to anyone. BTW, try the mud pie!!!
