4. Museo Diocesano de Arte Sacro

Bilbao's Museum of Sacred Art is located on the Plaza de la Encarnación. This museum is housed, quite fittingly, in a former convent that was founded in 1515 by Dominican nuns. Here, you'll find an exhibit of unmatched religious artwork by Vizcaya. Also on exhibit is religious silverware from both Bilbao and the Americas, ancient holy vestments from as early as the 16th century, and various sculptures. Bus: Casco Viejo   (© 10Best)
