EL ENSANCHE. This highly recommended restaurant is located in an old mansion on Alameda de Mazarredo, near the Guggenheim. Chef Daniel Garcia continually wows patrons with his eclectic menu, including roast baby squid served with peppers, dorado covered in cockle sauce, and his special scallops served with tomato carpaccio.
