The Buzz -- The skies come alive with a host of international hot-air balloon enthusiasts during this mid-July balloon festival. Festivities get underway with a parade and barbecue, and continue with an arts and crafts show, food stalls, a sharp-shooting exhibition, concessions, rides, games, military displays, and an awards ceremony. Proceeds benefit the Parks Foundation.
