OCEAN SPRINGS. This charming cafe is the perfect place to start the day. Nestled among the majestic oaks in historic Ocean Springs, the cafe offers gourmet coffee, pastries and light breakfast options, and full meals with all the trimmings. Try a Western omelet or an order of light pancakes topped with fruit-infused maple syrup. The daily specials always have that gourmet touch. Later in the day, excellent lunches and tempting homemade desserts keep the place packed.

GULFPORT. This friendly, appealing restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, but it is worth seeking out for a full meal or a delicious homemade dessert. No matter what you order, two things are guaranteed: the staff will make you feel like a member of the family, and you will be treated to lovely views of a scenic Gulf inlet. The outdoor deck is an attractive place to spend a breezy evening or enjoy the views from the large windows that line the dining room. Popular menu choices are the seafood, poboys, hamburger steaks, and red beans and rice. Fresh coffee and a thick slab of peanut butter cheesecake in a chocolate crust are sure to end your meal on a sweet note. Desserts vary daily according to the local baker's mood; you won't be able to leave the dessert case empty-handed.

BILOXI. The burger joint so nice, they named it twice. If you're going to eat a burger, eat the best burger on the Gulf Coast – and this is the place to get it. Order the House Special and you'll get a huge, perfectly cooked burger, served on lightly toasted French-style po' boy bread with a zesty mustard blend, onion and special gravy. Unforgettable! Don't forget a side of great fries and a bottled Barq's root beer – invented in Biloxi – to wash it all down. Other options include pressed po' boy sandwiches filled with shrimp or crabmeat or salads topped with grilled chicken or fried crawfish. But it's the burger that has proven addictive for loyal locals.

They offer an extensive wine list for the perfect accompaniment to your meal and an on-site sommelier is ready to assist you with your wine selection.
