While fairly new on the scene in Birmingham, ribs have long been a passion of "Bonedaddy" and it shows. they say they smoke their ribs for over 4 hours and their pork butts for 12, and it sure does show in the taste. they have about 15 different side items to choose from and most everything is homemade.
