This is the best bakery in Birmingham, hands down!!! The cakes are not only beautiful, but taste exquisite!!! The people that work there are so pleasant and act like they appreciate your business. Don't waste your time or money going to Edgars. Stick with this place, you'll be glad you did!!!

I couldn't be more pleased! I live in Texas and wanted to order a cake for one of our clients who was 'supposed' to be going to Birmingham for her birthday. I ordered the cake, made delivery arrangements and then the day it was to be delivered, the client decided to stay in Texas. Needless to say, I was panicked. I called the bakery and they offered me several options and were so polite and professional. I will be using them even if I'm ordering to another state. These guys are wonderful to work with and it was very much appreciated!
