4. Kingfisher Country Park

This park, developed as part of an ongoing effort to revitalize the Cole River Valley, has garnered international respect. An 11-km stretch of 800 acres is the focus of the work, which intends to create a better environment for people and animals alike. Used widely, the park incorporates lakes, forests, meadows and game fields in an area adjacent to numerous local homes.
