4. Sheldon Country Park

This park is a combined nature preserve and working farm. Set on 240 acres, woodlands and wetlands provide a haven for natural wildlife. The Old Rectory Farm shares this space and demonstrates how domesticated animals have been a major part of British life. In use since the 17th century, the farm is open daily for visitors and weekend tours. Restrooms and a café are available. Handicapped accessible.   (© 10Best)
