BISMARCK.   A terrific place for picnic, afternoon family outing, or to just lean up against a tree and enjoy a good book, Sertoma Park sits just off Main Avenue and offers a tranquil escape from the travails of daily life. Ample shade is provided by the many hardwoods located here, providing a nice natural canopy from the summer sun, and kids have a playground and plenty of room to run around.
