9. Jim's Steakhouse

Very Disappointed
We took our daughter to Jim's last week for her birthday. We entered through the east door and the carpet smelled musty. Our service was pretty good, but the meal was very average. We started with a loaf of bread like you buy out of the supermarkert freezer. Meat was OK, but not anything like we expected. It was fairly pricing for what we got. Seating was crowded and the interior not very appealing. It looks like a bar with added dining space. Very dark, unattractive. Sorry, but this is what we found.

We ate here for dinner and I was not impressed by anything. The bread was store bought, the soup was luke warm, baked potato had to be taken back and reheated and the steak was one of the worst cuts of meat I have ever been served. I was going on recommendation but was highly disappointed with the food. There are many better steaks in this town.

Four of us meet at jim's at least 3 times a year. The best ever!!!! It's worth the 2 hour drive!!
