5. Boston's on the Beach

I was visiting with some friends labor day in the Delray area by joining them at this bar/restaurant. The band offered various familiar tunes from the classic rock days by touching on Frampton, Fleetwood Mac, Joe Cocker and The Beatles. The band played 3 sets while we there and while our group of friends were big fans of all their familiar songs. That is not what kept us there till 1:30am each nite for 3 nights. It was the originals that were powerful yet reminiscent of a time lost 3 decades ago. They call themselves "Gypsy" and if you ever fortunate enough to see these guys play you will surely be a once-again groupie like my friends and I became. Cheers to a wonderful experience. It felt like we were at Concert Hall. The patrons were cheering for them and requesting they play, not the Frampton tune, but one of their songs. The energy this band emits was electric and the music was truly inspiring. I look forward to their next appearance as they were kind enough to play our requests twice each night. "WHY" was spectacular! Good luck to these guys, they deserve it!
