Austrian chef Johannes employs only top ingredients and even raises some of them. The quality of the cuisine is evident. Impeccable presentation and flavor are hallmarks too, as you'll realize after sampling cocoa-dusted venison, mirin-lacquered squab, slow-grilled Texas antelope, or blue marlin in a pistachio crust. Everything on the menu is homemade, and top-notch service matches the sublime cuisine.
