29. Mark's at the Park

BOCA RATON.   A lovely, monochromatic space, enlivened by texture and contemporary details, greets diners at this well-received restaurant. Another jewel in the crown of Mark Militello, the Mizner Park location attracts a well-heeled clientele, along with a good contingent of tourists browsing the area. The menu looks to the Mediterranean world for inspiration and finds it in pastas, pizzas, crisp salads, and rustic ingredients. Main courses include rotisserie chicken with mascarpone polenta, beef tenderloin with balsamic onion confit, pinenut-crusted lamb, and oak-charred salmon.
