BOCA RATON.   Not given over to show or to culinary theatrics, La Trattoria is a haven for those who simply want well-prepared cuisine and a relaxing night out. The kitchen has a way with traditional dishes and is a reliable source of light, delicious pastas, tender chicken, and delicate seafood. You won't find a wealth of innovation, but portions are substantial and the balance of ingredients is carefully considered.
