25. Le Vieux Paris

BOCA RATON.   Good, reliable French fare is the hallmark of this comfortable restaurant. The decor isn't as polished as you'll find at some of the other continental establishments, but it's a cozy nod to home style. The cuisine follows suit, and if you're a fan of classic dishes, you'll be devoted to Le Vieux Paris. Coq au vin takes its place alongside rack of lamb, escargot, veal, Dover sole, duck a l'orange, and chateaubriand. Purists will also be delighted to find frog's legs and sweetbreads, those French standards that have fallen somewhat out of favor with younger generations.
