BOCA RATON.   From its stylish interior, which places an emphasis on texture and natural materials, to its pan-Asian menu, Stir Crazy is a culinary adventure to the Far East. Dishes incorporate noodles, seafood, steak, chicken, and a market's worth of herbs and spices. Tuna sashimi, Vietnamese pho soup, chicken potstickers, and Kung Pao noodles hint at the options. A Mongolian barbecue alternative lets diners choose meats, vegetables, and sauces from a bar and have the chef cook the ingredients to their taste. The food was excellent. We were staying in West Palm Beach and drove to Boca Town Center twice to eat there. You pick only the vegetables you like, no picking out the ones you don't like or wish there was something different in your dish. The vege bar and the sauces were great! You watch as the guys prepare your food, it was interesting. If you didn't want to create your own dish you could order from the menu. I wish we had one in our area.
