DELRAY BEACH.   Built and named for Delray Beach's first mayor, this gracious home plays host to guests eager to enjoy the inn's beautiful gardens and partake of its luscious cuisine. Mixing the traditions of Europe and the Caribbean, the menu boasts such fare as almond-and-herb-crusted sea bass, charred New York strip steak, Jamaican jerk-marinated chicken, and roasted rack of lamb. Each entree comes accompanied by wonderful side dishes and fragrant sauces and reductions.
