DELRAY BEACH.   Character runs deep at this authentic British pub, which was shipped to Delray after being slated for the wrecking ball in London. Once a hangout for Winston Churchill and two of Jack the Ripper's victims, the pub is also home to a ghost who made the transatlantic journey as well. The cuisine has a decidedly British flair and features shepherd's pie, Balmoral steak, Scotch eggs, Cornish pasties, and fabulous fish and chips. You'll also find an array of sandwiches, burgers, and salads if your tastes tend more towards the American. Naturally, the bar stocks a selection of beers from the UK, both bottled and on tap.
