BOCA RATON.   Tiny and expensive, Johannes caters to guests with deep pocketbooks and those celebrating special occasions. Austrian chef Johannes employs only top ingredients and even raises some of them. The quality of the cuisine is evident. Impeccable presentation and flavor are hallmarks too, as you'll realize after sampling cocoa-dusted venison, mirin-lacquered squab, slow-grilled Texas antelope, or blue marlin in a pistachio crust. Everything on the menu is homemade, and top-notch service matches the sublime cuisine. After having difficulty finding this gem of a dining experience, our evening was nothing short of remarkable. Johannes himself welcomes you with warmth and charm, and you feel more a welcomed guest in his home than a mere diner in a restaurant. Each course was expertly prepared, hot and seasoned to perfection! The service by Jason was superb, and he is exceedingly knowledgeable about the cuisine and how Johannes prepares these masterpieces. Private, intimate, romantic and yet very business-talk friendly. Do NOT miss this while in Boca.

Fantastic. After a few bottles of champagne, fantastic food. My company- three girls - were in heaven. I want to have this ' moment of eternity ' last forever.
