4. El Bodegon

This mainstay is open all day every day, and its central location on place de la Victoire makes it a perfect place to meet up en route to your next stop. But stick around for a while first; this bustling bar/cafe was the first in the area to adopt a Latin theme, and the young crowd comes in for tapas and drinks and hangs out for hours. The terrace is more peaceful than inside but still festive. Good food is available here as well, particularly the tapas.   (© 10Best)
