This well-known restaurant has recently been refurbished with the help of a Parisian interior designer, and now has thick new rugs and intricate tapestries on the walls. Because of the excellent traditional cuisine, this establishment has always been exclusive, and it is becoming even more so. The accolades are deserved, with dishes such as oysters in seafood gelee, filet of sole, and filet of beef with caramelized peppers. Reservations required; business casual dress.   (© 10Best)
