7. Lou Pignada

This tiny restaurant is perhaps the liveliest place to have a fine dinner in Bordeaux. At the front of the dining room, there is a small stage that offers live music or other entertainment after you finish your traditional meal. The shows are popular and usually don't begin until midnight. Portions are larger than in many French restaurants, and the quality is high too, with options such as trout filets or foie gras crescents. A favorite among locals and visitors.
