Chef and owner Yves Gravelier has traveled around the world and allows the international influences of his travels to show themselves in his flavorful dishes. He uses exotic spices to liven up the cuisine, with dishes such as fricassee of veal with fruit juices, chicken with five spices, chili with grilled gumbo, and braised mullet with vine shoot.
