This Italian favorite is known for its pasta dishes, with flavorful homemade noodles created from fresh dough made in-house. An antique pasta machine turns out pasta with a unique, rich texture, and the array of shapes resulting are whipped into fettuccine with ewe cheese sauce, spaghetti Bolognese with garlic, and the perfect pasta salad, chilled with fresh olive oil, basil, garlic, and tomatoes.
