7. Maison Andaluz

In the Spanish area of Bordeaux, this restaurant is known as a traditional place to have a fine Andalusian-style meal. Two brothers, restaurateurs in their native Spain, opened this restaurant several years ago and created hearty, simple tapas dishes such as mushrooms with garlic, omelets, grilled fish, and paella with chicken and rabbit.
