Held in April, it takes 20,000 runners on a tour of Boston while 450,000 onlookers cheer them on. From the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in the South End – home to many people of Irish descent – to First Night to Harborfest each June, Bostonians love celebrating their ethnicity, culture, and heritage.
