The Buzz -- Do you fear tofu? Do you consider bean sprouts to be evil? Well, let the Boston Vegetarian Food Festival help you branch out from a meat-and-potatoes diet and show you that plant-based foods can actually taste good! For anyone looking to add a little healthy variation to their intake, come learn about and sample (for free!) the newest vegetarian products on the market. The festival brings together speakers, educators, and chefs to teach the ways of vegetarian life, or at least to impart a little of that goodness to your own regimen with natural, healthy options. Vegetarian food is not just for vegetarians anymore! |
