The Buzz -- It's not often you can learn to cook from an award-winning celebrity chef – well, yeah if you watch the Food Network – but how often do you get to taste the food afterwards? The New England Aquarium celebrates seafood conservation and taste with Husbands, author of The Fearless Chef and the brains behind Tremont 647. He will prepare a three-course meal featuring Dungeness crab, rainbow trout, and opakapaka, paired with wines, and will give cooking demonstrations along the way, so you can become a celebrity chef – at least in your own home. |
