The Buzz -- The musician-run Boston Celtic Music Festival celebrates Irish, Scottish, and Cape Breton music and dance and has gotten national attention as one of Newsweek's "top picks for the week" in January. The festival takes advantage of Cambridge's rich folk music history, playing at venues like Club Passim, among others. This year, BCMFest features a Celtic dance party (Boston Urban Ceilidh) and stage performances featuring past favorites as well as new talents. You'll be able to tell all your friends "Yeah, I was listening to them way before they were popular." |
