THEATRE DISTRICT.   Formerly that icon of style known as Pravda 116, this sexy Theatre District haunt draws young, deep-pocketed folks who are looking for an upbeat place to unwind. Music ranges from house to Latin, and the Euro-chic interior certainly blends a wide range of "rouge" elements. Patronage of the hip and famous is a point of pride at Gypsy, and it's not uncommon for celebs (Heidi Klum, for one) to throw their own private bashes here. Fashion shows and themed parties give the crowd further reasons to don their best.   (© 10Best)
