DOWNTOWN.   For those who enjoy (and know) their salsa, meringue, reggaeton and bachata, in terms of general atmosphere and energy level, few places hold a candle to this fun-loving dance club, which sits just a few paces from Boston Common. Each night, Mojitos features a little something different, from live Latin music and free dance lessons in the lounge to awesome, adrenaline-racing dance parties in the snazzy club area. NB Keep your eyes peeled for promotions like reduced admissions, drink specials and celeb DJs.   (© 10Best)

How can you possibly rate Mojitos as a top dance club? Is this site for real? Haven't you people ever been to Mambos Salsa Club? It's sooooooo much better than this dive. Go there and then rethink your top 10.'

I love salsa dancing and latin music. I've been to many clubs in Camb/Boston over the years. This is by far the dirtiest, smelliest club I've ever been to. The bartenders were making out all night in between pouring overpriced drinks. THERE IS NO SEATING unless you agree to VIP seating for which you pay. If you sit down, the waitress boy comes by and tells you its for VIP only. So basically there's a bunch of empty seats you cant sit in - so don't plan on resting at any point. Music is ok, lesson is good but the smell and dirt is so bad that it ruins a good time. I don't know how they stay open - arent there board of health regulations? I don't think this place has ever seen a mop. Or how about air freshener in the bathroom. I was the first one there and there was already a rancid stench when I walked in. Shady people and the doorman was hitting on my friend and I. I wont be back Mojitos.

Mojitos is the only authentic Latin Club I've been able to find in my ten years living in the Boston Area. It is upscale and offers good quality music and great drinks at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work!!
