FINANCIAL DISTRICT.   Owned by former New Kids On The Block member, Joey McIntyre, this pub is frequented by a college contingent and walks the line between Mexican and Irish, as, undoubtedly, the name indicates. The busy venue offers bars, dance floors, dining rooms, pool tables, live bands, DJ-spun tunes, and a menu that can only be described as eclectic. Depending on when you're around, you'll encounter bands playing rock and folk music downstairs and pretty co-eds shaking their moneymakers upstairs.
