BEACON HILL.   It's definitely a 5 o'clock world for business folks who pour into Kinsale's after ditching their government jobs for the day. The place offers City Hall suits a place to unwind with a pint of Guinness and maybe a steaming pot of lamb stew. The authentic Irish building was designed and constructed in the Emerald Isle and then transported to Boston piece by piece. Live Celtic music plays most nights, and Kinsale also pulls in crowds for lunch, thanks to its great Irish and American eats.   (© 10Best)
