I've been to New Ginza on several occasions, and other than some trouble finding parking, I have nothing bad to say. Oh sure there's a wait, but it's worth it once you start getting your sushi...order a boat, order a la carte, or maybe just one or two as a quick snack on the way to another meet up. No matter what, the service is not overbearing, but there when you need them. The food is outstanding in taste and portion. I've not had sake there, but I would guess they have some fine "non-box" sake for those who like the taste of good sake. Really, check this place out, but not on a night I'm going..there's enough of a line.
